Description

100% Cabernet Sauvignon, estate grown here on our property. Although the Cabernet grape is not planted extensively in the Dry Creek Valley, this is one of the first varieties added to our existing vineyard after we first acquired the property in 1979. Ours, currently produced from hearty and vigorous clones 337 and 341, is well-balanced, full-bodied and approachable with moderate tannins and a bright bouquet of dark cherry, spice and oak.
